Family-run, since the very first event
Tacos V started as a family kitchen in the Inland Empire, homemade salsas, scratch aguas frescas, and recipes passed down through generations. Word spread quickly. Friends asked us to cater their quinceañeras. Their friends called for their weddings. Soon we were on the road every weekend. Today, every event, from a 30-person backyard birthday to a 200-guest quinceañera, gets the same care we'd give our own family's celebration.
Today, we serve all of Southern California, from quinceañeras and weddings to corporate lunches and baby showers. What hasn't changed: every event is treated like it's our own family's celebration.
